At the time of writing we are unaware of any changes for blind or low vision users in watchOS 6.2. Catalina removes so much support for audio plugins I use in my music, even now every turn I load one up it warns me. There’s so much stuff I simply will lose. This will the the first time I refuse to update Mac OS. I don’t use Mac is my primary anymore, just got music. So no big loss.

macOS Catalina checks with you before allowing an app to access your data in your Documents, Desktop, and Downloads folders; iCloud Drive; the folders of third-party cloud storage providers; removable media; and external volumes.
